I guess I meant more glow "from" the pistils, as they are already almost pure white. If you could selectively lighten parts of the petals that are near the glowing areas to give the effect of cast light that would do the trick. You did this in the lower left. Maybe just a bit more.
yep, it's hard to control the beam from the flashlight as white light diffuses really quickly. If I could focus the beam more (like a spot light) then perhaps I could get the effect I'm going for.
Though giving it a little more though it might be better to use a magnifying glass to focus a bright beam on the pistils then the diffused light that passes around the pistils could make the petals glow as well but less bright.
Anyway it might not make any sense how I explain it but I'll have to set up a jig of some sort and give it a try.
